Order Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations or changes to an order can be requested within 6 hours after purchase. Since we strive to process orders promptly, this time frame cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be applied to future purchases at mycalmizen.com.
Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Custom items, personalized products, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return, as these are made to order.
To start a return, email calmishop01@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date your return is confirmed. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your financial institution.
We cannot offer refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse. Additionally, refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rate differences.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send an email to calmishop01@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damaged item. If approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Items damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Calmi Shop is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as couriers, customs, or other shipping issues. If you experience a delivery problem, please reach out directly to the courier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping information and may request additional details to confirm a transaction. If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
