Our products are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The shipping location depends on stock availability at the time of your order. In some cases, your order may be shipped from a warehouse in a different country if the selected item is only available there. Our logistics process is automated through Shopify to ensure faster and more efficient order handling. We perform weekly inventory checks to maintain the highest possible product quality.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery typically takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends, public holidays, and carrier-related delays).
Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days. During high-demand periods, such as sales events, processing may take up to 7–10 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and depend on factors like your country’s postal service and customs procedures.
Customs Duties and Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities or postal services. Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided during checkout. Once your order reaches your destination country, the local postal service will handle the final delivery. Customers must contact their local post office for any issues once the package arrives in their country.
If you are ordering from the United States, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take one or two days to appear.
Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By placing an order, you authorize Calmi Shop to import goods on your behalf and, if necessary, to delegate the import process to a subcontractor. You agree to pay any applicable customs fees or taxes in addition to the product’s purchase price.
Packages returned through no fault of the sender may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds for such returns will be issued minus the shipping costs incurred. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
FAQ
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your billing and shipping information before submitting your order. If an error occurs, notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an address error, you may request a refund (excluding return shipping costs) once the item is returned to our warehouse, or you may request reshipment after correcting your address. If your parcel has already shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before it is returned.
Customs Charges
We are not responsible for customs duties or import fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing from Calmi Shop, you agree that your order may be subject to customs inspections and charges upon arrival in your country.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
No Tracking Information Available
For some carriers, tracking details may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at calmishop01@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it without penalty. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. To request a cancellation, please email calmishop01@gmail.com with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
